LATEST UPDATE:  Regjina is now 15 and loving life, can't you tell from that big smile? She's a 10th grader at Seed's High School and is thriving. We recently visited with her and she expressed her thankfulness for the opportunities sponsorship has brought her. She's working hard to be the best person she can be to help others and make a difference. We love this girls heart and joyful outlook on life. We are looking for a new sponsor for her as she continues her journey through our Mighty Acorn program. Would you consider sponsoring Regina and be the one to help her finish school well, having a better life than she could have dreamed possible?

NEW NEWS: Regina has been at the orphanage since September of 2013 and is amazing - her original sponsor was such a great help in rescuing her from the slums and helping her move into the orphanage. That sponsor is no longer able to continue with Regina's sponsorship so we are now looking for a new sponsor - someone that will continue to support her new life at the orphanage. Someone who will come along side her, sending her letters of encouragement and love. Letting her know that her life is important and we all believe in her. Will you sponsor Regina?

Original Story: Regina is seven years old and dreams of becoming a doctor. She and her sisters, Sislia and Erika, live with their grandmother as the result of her father's death and her mother's disappearance. Everyday life is a hardship for little Regina and her sisters as there is literally no money for food or clothing. Regina's pink and white dress is now dingy and dirty and ripped to shreds. She is hoping that she and her sisters will one day be able to live in the orphanage.
