Meet Emmanuel - he has just turned 11. March 26th is his birthday. It's hard to imagine how difficult his life has been for one age. He's the youngest of three boys and they lost both of their parents to HIV Aids. Emmanuel's older brothers left for life in one of the gangs of boys that wonder the streets begging. This left Emmanuel alone, completely alone. In his culture if both of your parents die you are considered cursed and no one what's to be around you. He has no food, no one to watch out for him, no access to school and no hope. Our partners found out about him and took him in - without a sponsor - how could they not, seeing his great need. We are looking for a sponsor for Emmanuel. Someone who will come along side this young boy and send him notes of encouragement, maybe even go visit him if it's possible.
